Zenzic Capital has appointed Simon Brown (pictured above), as head of real estate development finance lending.
Simon has over 20 years’ deal origination experience and brings significant knowledge of the property development and investment markets to the company, having held senior roles in companies including Investec and RBS.
Simon will be responsible for continuing to develop a strong and stable residential development loan book, ensuring the Zenzic products compete well within the market.

“Simon brings two decades of experience originating and executing deals at some of the industry’s most established lenders.”
