Propp.io, known for its property finance comparison services, has announced the release of Propp Portal. This tool is designed to assist investors in finding and evaluating properties by integrating with platforms like Zoopla and HomeTrack.
The portal simplifies the investment process by automatically transferring information from property listings to valuation and deal analysis tools within the platform.
CEO Peter Williams said: “As an investor myself, I have always been using an assortment of different tools to help me find and assess a deal, so we’ve built Propp Portal to bring all of these essential tools under one roof.”
Propp Portal allows for property searches using Zoopla’s API, offers free HomeTrack valuations, and includes a feature for analyzing deal profitability. It also integrates Propp.io’s finance comparison capabilities directly into the property browsing experience.
Ben Larkin, CTO, added: “Our mission when we launched our comparison site, propp.io in 2021 has always been to become the starting point for every property investment in the UK, and building this portal has launched us one step closer to realising that.”
The company is already working on the next phase of Propp Portal, which will include interactive seminars and networking opportunities for investors.
