Close Brothers Property Finance has extended a £48 million loan to Chase New Homes to support the construction of 213 private residences as part of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration project in North London. This funding marks a significant step in the development, coinciding with the recent opening of Brent Cross West station, which offers rapid 12-minute train access to Central London.
The project involves the creation of a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments across three buildings. Each unit will benefit from either a balcony or a terrace and access to communal gardens, enhancing the residential appeal of the area.
Neil Bradford, senior business development manager at Close Brothers Property Finance, commented on the partnership, saying, “We are delighted to be supporting them on such a landmark and prestigious scheme and look forward to continuing our relationship as they continue to grow.”
